LouAnne Reger, Director of Business Development-Agent
LouAnne Reger is a founding partner of Ascent Companies. LouAnne brings 30 years of commercial and heavy highway construction experience to Ascent. LouAnne is known for her expertise, work ethic and integrity. Clients instantly become friends with LouAnne’s fun and caring personality. She holds a real estate licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
LouAnne is also the chief executive officer of J&L Steel and Electrical Services, which has been in business sinc e 1977. In 2007 the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal placed J&L among Minnesota’s top 25 women-owned businesses.
She is currently serving on the board of directors for the Hudson Chamber. She is a two-time past president and founding member of the Association of Women Contractors, which supports women-owned businesses in the construction industry. LouAnne is the second woman ever to serve on the board of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, and has also served as a member of Mankato State University Construction Management Advisory Board, University of Minnesota Construction Management Advisory Board, and St. Catherine’s Entrepreneurial Roundtable.
LouAnne enjoys golfing, hunting and playing cards She lives in Menomonie, Wisconsin with her fiance where she enjoys visits from her four children and grandchildren.

Oprah. She is amazing and has more shoes than me!
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I once was in such a hurry to get into work I forgot to turn my car off! It was very toasty when I went out at lunch!
You just won the lottery! What is the first thing you would buy?
A home in St. Martin and I would take the entire family for holiday (and maybe get married!)
